The third edition of theNASSCOM EMERGEOUT Conclave has finally arrived and I am glad to be the LIVE blogging partner for the same. With still fresh memories of the first session which happened at hotel Shangri La, in Delhi, I am looking forward to action much magnified and sharing space with some of the thought leaders in the SaaS and Cloud Computing space.

Being associated with the NASSCOM EMERGE community for over an year now and sharing knowledge with the industry leadership, I am surely looking forward to some really interesting innovations in the concerned technology space and especially how the SME growth in India is being supported.

Some interesting aspects which I feel are great about the third edition of the EMERGEOUT Conclave:

Interesting and noteworthy is the line up of speakers. I surely look forward to knowing it from the like of Dr. Vembu and Mr. Menon as to what attracted them to these technologies and what NEXT are they looking at.

Also, one of the take aways I am looking at is, what new business models are emerging from the technology and in the space. One of the key interesting areas being education and hosted media, as I see in the speaker line up, Vishal who has used SaaS cleverly in the On Demand gaming business and created a new niche for himself in the Indian shores. Online gaming being one of the skeptical business models to get into in India.

Moving on, it will surely be interesting to hear from KK (MindTree), (as I was a MindTree, mind sometime back) as to how in these times of slowdown when MT’s R and D has taken a hit, is MT leveraging such intelligent technology to create innovations, building upon their successes.

The NASSCOM EMERGEOUT Conclave’s third Edition for me covers the entire gamut of things, from basic gyan for early stage companies to getting it straight from the Rediff(s), Google(s), Bharti(s) and MindTree(s) of the world to the Zoho(s) and Indiagames.

Before I finish, my congratulatory thanks to Avinash and the team at NASSCOM and other participants, in Ankur Lal (CEO, Infozech) whom I know have done a great job in putting up the entire show :)

I look forward to see you there,

Cheers,

Paritosh
